BRCOVAN Metal Motorcycle Fork Stem Mount Base with 1'' TPU Ball for Stem Holes

The motorcycle fork stem ball base is designed to fit into the cylindrical or hexagonal bore wall of motorcycle fork stems, suitable for stem tube holes ranging from 12mm to 25.4mm in diameter. This product consists of a 1'' TPU ball joint attached to an aluminum alloy round plate.

The package includes two sizes of metal spacers: a small size spacer for tubes 12mm to 18.5mm in diameter, and a large size spacer for tubes 18.5mm to 25.4mm in diameter. Users can choose the appropriate spacer size based on the diameter of their motorcycle's stem tube. It is not recommended to use two spacers of different sizes simultaneously.

The metal motorcycle fork stem base features a B size 1" TPU ball, which allows it to be connected to any B size double socket arm from RAM MOUNTS and BRCOVAN.

Before installation, users should measure the tube diameter and select the correct spacer size. The minimum required tube depth is 38mm.

This product has an anti-theft design, with the bolt head of the fork stem ball base featuring a specially designed screw groove. The package includes a special wrench for tightening and loosening the bolt, adding extra security to any equipment attached to this stem base.

Installing the ball base is a straightforward process. First, users should insert the ball base into the motorcycle fork stem tube. Then, they should use the included special wrench to tighten the bolt of the ball base clockwise. Once this is done, the installation is complete.
